The café is the brainchild of sister-in-laws Allison Haas-Gilmer and Chrissie Alveari, two women who traded the fast-paced streets of Homestead and Loxahatchee for the peaceful charm of Edgewater, FL.
Chrissie, a seasoned entrepreneur with 18 years of experience running her own juice shop in Homestead, had long dreamed of expanding her passion for wellness and nutrition to a new community. When she and Allison fell in love with Edgewater’s laid-back vibe and welcoming spirit, the idea took root—and soon, Nauti Juice Café was born.
“We wanted to create something that felt personal, nourishing, and true to who we are,” said Alveari. “Edgewater gave us the space to breathe and build something beautiful.”
From the moment you walk in, Nauti Juice Café feels like a labor of love. The menu features handcrafted cold-pressed juices, smoothie bowls bursting with fresh fruit, and wholesome snacks made with real ingredients. It’s not fast food—and that’s the point. Every item is made to order, with care and intention.
“We believe in quality over speed,” said Haas-Gilmer. “Our customers know that when they come here, they’re getting something that’s good for their body and made with love.”
