  • Length:

    • Opinion Columns: 400–700 words

    • Letters to the Editor: Up to 250 words

  • Format:

    • Submit as plain text in the body of an email or as a Word document

    • Include a clear headline/title for your piece

  • Author Info:

    • Include your full name, city of residence, and a brief bio (1–2 sentences)

    • Anonymous submissions will not be accepted

  • Originality:

    • All submissions must be original and unpublished elsewhere

    • Plagiarism will result in disqualification
