Edgewater Community News Programs
At Edgewater Community News, we're more than just stories—we're a movement for connection, growth, and shared purpose. Here are some of the ongoing programs we’re proud to offer:
Life Group
A safe, faith-centered space for adults to engage in honest conversations about life’s challenges, purpose, and community impact. Through guided discussions, shared experiences, and uplifting dialogue, Life Group nurtures healing, connection, and empowerment.
Kids Night Out
A vibrant, weekly gathering for K–12 students that blends fun with purpose. Activities include reading circles, beach walks, games, creative workshops, swimming, and self-expression opportunities. Kids Night Out offers a safe space to explore friendships, confidence, and voice.
The Edgewater Youth Collective
Launching soon, this youth-led initiative amplifies the voices of young changemakers through storytelling, leadership development, and community advocacy. We equip future leaders with the tools to shape their own narratives and spark real-world impact.
Adult Enrichment Sessions
Offered alongside Kids Night Out, these sessions invite parents and community members to engage in workshops on wellness, communication, civic engagement, and more—fostering lifelong learning and intergenerational unity.
Peace Fleet Resource Center (Integrated Initiative)
Our commitment to support doesn’t end with the written word. Through Peace Fleet, we connect neighbors to vital resources, mutual aid, and collaborative solutions to strengthen community resilience
